WhatsApp Chat Feature: Everything You Need to Know
The WABetaInfo is the first one that detected this feature in the Beta program. They are quite credible data miners who always tell the latest news first. According to them a new feature is in testing but only for WhatsApp Business.
WhatsApp Chat Feature will help users to find a chat quicker while chatting with customers. It will also help to improve instant messages and AI bot messaging. Currently, there are three known categories in this feature – unread chats, contacts, non-contacts, and groups.
A report by WABetaInfo “As you can see in the screenshot, the filter button is visible to business accounts when tapping the search bar on Desktop: thanks to this feature, WhatsApp is making it easier to search for unread chats, contacts, non-contacts, and groups,”
Furthermore, they say Standard WhatsApp accounts will also be able to use the same feature in a future update of the app, but there is another difference: the filter button will be always visible even when you are not searching for chats and messages,”
Is this Feature bill Available for Standard Accounts?
According to the reports currently Feature Chat is only available for WhatsApp Business Accounts. But in the future, after the official release of the Chat feature they might also test it on Whatsapp.
However, there are a few differences that are going to happen if Filter Chat of Regular users. For example, the always visibility of the Filter Chat option beside other options like voice messaging and attachments.
