Step by Step Guide: Voice Effects
Step-1: First open your Instagram application because these features are not available in web applications.
Step-2: After that open the reels from the upper right corner plus the button. You can either make a new Reel or use it from the draft section.
Step-3: In the next step you need to find and click on the music option from the upper navigation bar.
Step-4: When you open the music note then you will find the “Audio Mixer” options. This section contains all different types of voices like Robot and Helium.
Step-5: You can apply these effects to your voice, music, and even on a voice-over.

Step by Step Guide: Text to Speech Feature
Step-1: First open your Instagram and then Reels which you want to edit.
Step-2: After choosing a Reel you need to add some text. To do that click anywhere on the screen and start typing.
Step-3: Then in the next step click on the bubble around the text. After clicking on the bubble you will have a three-dot option, click on it.
Step-4: This option will allow you different options to start Text to Speech features.
Step-5: Choose anyone and start speaking, after hitting the red button the process will automatically start.
